I am a thirty-something stage manager, who just completed three years on the road with with the touring company of Monty Python’s “Spamalot”, along with my traveling buddy, my sweet kitty cat Tallulah. We are currently settling back into life in New York City and figuring out what our next adventures will be.
In this blog, you can read all about my life in New York, my travels, my theater work, and also my love of knitting and photography.
I’ve been living in NYC since 2002. I was born in the UK and moved to California when I was seven, where I grew up near San Francisco, living in and around the city until I moved to New York (there was also an awesome four year stop in San Diego for college). I’ve been a stage manager since I was 22. I consider my grad program to be the year I spent at the American Conservatory Theater interning after college, which was an invaluable experience. I’ve worked inside, outside, on Shakespeare, musicals, new plays, you name it. It’s been an amazing journey.
All my photos can be viewed over at my Flickr page, found here. I shoot with a Nikon d80. Please don’t take anything without asking!
